Launch Team Meetings

In order to effectively launch Harvest Bible Chapel Palos in the fall, we will need to rally a sizeable team of people who desire to make the vision a reality. This launch team will meet weekly behind the scenes to prepare every crucial ministry for launch day. We will assemble a worship team, a children's ministry team and a number of additional servant teams necessary to have Sunday morning church services. We will also visit other Harvest church plants and meet with previous launch teams to learn from their experiences. Most importantly, we will grow in fellowship with each other and the Lord through prayer as He works uses us to build His church. 

Specifically, we aim to recruit people who are:

Compelled
God must be stirring in your heart and focusing your attention on this work.

Committed
You must be available to meet weekly and bear ministry responsibility leading up to launch.

Contagious
You must be willing to tell others about Harvest Palos and invite them to consider joining the launch team.

Crazy (just a little!) 
You must be willing to let the Lord stretch and grow you as you embark upon this great church planting adventure.
