Scott Nichols is the senior pastor of Crossroads Community Church. Together with 35 committed people he planted Crossroads in Lombard on October 21, 2001. On August 10, 2008 Crossroads opened their new home on Gary Avenue in Carol Stream.

Pastor Ryan served under Pastor Scott at Crossroads for 8 years.  Their partnership in ministry and friendship in life now continues as Scott will be an elder at Harvest Palos for the first year.  Scott is excited to help Harvest Palos launch effectively, and the congregation at Crossroads Church is also very supportive of this work.  

Pastor Scott is married to Vicki and is father of two - Brooke Elizabeth and Isaiah Scott. They live in West Chicago with their dog Max, three cats, a fish, two turtles and a frog. Scott loves reading, old movies, playing basketball, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, walking and projects around the house. He holds a Bachelors degree in Theology from Southwest Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Ministry from Moody Bible Institute Graduate School. His loves in ministry include preaching, leadership development and evangelism.
